Earthquakes in Southern California are always a possibility and preparation for these types of events is essential. The El Cajon Stake invites all of the stake members and friends to participate in the free emergency preparedness event The Great ShakeOut on Thursday, October 19th at Cuyamaca College Parking Lot 5 from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. The address is 900 Rancho San Diego Parkway, El Cajon, 92019.
Some of the activities available at the event include free rides on the 7.2 Magnitude Earthquake Simulator, building starter go bags and demonstrations on how to use a fire extinguisher, hands-only CPR and more! Please feel free to invite neighbors and friends.
